Car review: the XR1200 Although still a relative (0) NEWCOMER (COME) to the world of high-performance sports cars, General Autos has 1GO quite a transformation since their first effort, the Xtreme, attracted such 2FAVOUR comment in the motoring press, which led to disappointing sales. Their latest effort, the XR1200 3CONVERT, went into 4PRODUCE last month, and I had the chance to test-drive one. To say that the XR1200 is better than the Xtreme is a huge 5STATE. Not only is it much better, it represents a 6REVOLT new approach to this class of car. From the seats to the angle of the steering wheel, everything on this car is 7ADJUST, meaning that you can set the car up to fit you perfectly. The engine, too, is easy to set up for maximum efficiency, with the help of powerful dual 8PROCESS that monitor performance 1,000 times a second. Even the bodywork incorporates state-of-the-art ideas, with a new durable material that should mean that your XR1200 outlasts almost anything else on the road.
