The word 'origami' from two Japanese words: 'oru', meaning 'to fold', and 'kami', meaning 'paper'. Most origami designs start a simple square sheet of paper, and no scissors or glue are needed. With just a few folds, a flat piece of paper can be into an animal, a flower or even a small box.
